Matchday Hospitality - Terms and conditions

Please read below the Grimsby Town Football Club Hospitality Terms and Conditions for 2026-27.

These terms and conditions and any documents referred to in these Conditions apply to all Bookings for Hospitality Packages with Grimsby Town Football Club Ltd. By making a Booking with the Club for a Hospitality Package, the Client acknowledges and agrees that it will be bound by these Conditions.

“Hospitality Package” means the hospitality package for the Match(es) set out in the Booking Contract comprising either a Seasonal Hospitality Package or a Matchday Hospitality Package;

“Match/Matchday” means a Sky Bet League Two football match, League Cup match, FA Cup match, Football League Trophy match or any friendly match in which GTFC participates and that takes place at the Ground during the 2026-27 Season as specified in the Booking Contract and/or as set out on the Ticket to which these Conditions apply;

The Agreement is made between Grimsby Town Football Club Ltd (GTFC) and you (Client).

The Agreement is effective from the date that both the fully signed copy of the Booking Contract (if applicable) and the full amount of the Hospitality Package Price (in accordance with the Booking Contract) is received from the Client and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Conditions, the Agreement shall expire immediately after the earlier of the date of the last Match included in the Booking.

By making a Booking, the Client will be deemed to have accepted these Conditions. These Conditions will prevail over any other terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Conditions and any other of GTFC’s rules, terms and conditions or regulations, the provisions of these Conditions will prevail.

The Client must ensure that all information set out in the Booking Contract is full and accurate in all respects and must immediately notify GTFC of any errors or omissions.

The Agreement applies to the Hospitality Package as set out in more detail within the Booking Contract.

For the avoidance of doubt, GTFC shall not be liable to the Client in the event that GTFC resells the Hospitality Package for a specific match and the Client subsequently settles the outstanding amount in advance of that match.

All Hospitality Package Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT which will be payable by the Client to GTFC at the rate(s) applicable under English law and prevailing at the date of Booking.

Unless expressly stated on the Booking Contract, the Client and its Guest will be responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages whilst at the Ground.

GTFC collects and processes certain personal data (as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation) about you to process, complete and deliver the order of the Hospitality Package. We also have a lawful purpose to collect your personal data (including in relation to identifiable images or recordings taken of you by GTFC, the English Football League or others).

The Client will be asked to provide details of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements of its Guests and must provide these details to GTFC a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the relevant Match.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Ground by the Client and/or each of its Guests.

All of the Client’s Guests’ behaviour must be respectful of the home supporters’ area, and any failure to do so may result in them either being moved or being asked to leave the Ground.

No alterations to the Agreement made between the Client and GTFC for the Booking, sale and use of any Hospitality Package(s), may be made except with the express written consent of GTFC.
